1 survived, 53 bodies recovered in Algeria plane crash

ALGIERS - A military transport plane carrying members of the armed forces and their relatives crashed in eastern Algeria on Tuesday killing 103 people, the private Ennahar TV station reported, citing "informed sources".
A local official?said one person survived the crash and 53 bodies had been recovered, but declined to give an overall death toll, saying the search and rescue operation was still underway.
The plane crashed in a mountainous area in the Oum El Bouaghi province, about 500 km from the capital Algiers, Ennahar TV reported.
A military official, Colonel Lahmadi Bouguern, told the APS state news agency 99 passengers and four crew members had been on the plane but the death toll was "yet to be determined", adding bad weather and strong winds may have been a factor in the crash.
The transport plane took off from Algeria's southern Tamanrasset province and was bound for the eastern city of Constantine, APS said.

MEXICO CITY - At least 1 person was killed and 51 others wounded Thursday in a candy factory blast in the border city of Ciudad Juarez, capital of the northern Mexican state of Chihuahua, local authorities said.
The Chihuahua state prosecutor's office reported the death of a worker inside the Blueberry factory, located in the Industrial Park Benito Juarez bordering US state of Texas.
The office also said at least 51 people were injured, 10 seriously and the rescue efforts are under way.
The Ciudad Juarez's Mayor Enrique Serrano said the explosion happened at around 2:00 pm (1900 GMT) local time and the injured were taken to nearby hospitals.
Ciudad Juarez Civil Protection Director Fernando Mota said there are dozens of workers missing and they could be trapped inside the building.
Chihuahua state's Governor Cesar Duarte Jaquez said on his Twitter that "We regret the incident happening in Ciudad Juarez's factory; relief units are transporting the wounded to hospitals," adding that the government is willing to provide all necessary assistance to the injured people
Local TV said an accumulation of gas led to the explosion of a boiler, causing the collapse of part of the second floor of the candy factory, injuring more than 30 employees in the operational area, who were hurt by the blow of the explosion and then pieces of concrete falling from the ceiling.

　　經常性無端失蹤坐月子期間挨過餓
　　在張清鳳的眼裡，丈夫高承勇是個老實人：話少，穩重，即便是生氣打架，他也不那麼爆發式的發火。“我們剛認識的時候，他在甘肅稀土公司打工，偶爾販賣些小東西。”那時候，張清鳳也在附近打工，兩人是偶然認識。在交往中，張清鳳覺得高承勇人老實，就答應瞭高承勇的追求。那時候的高承勇很會哄人，偶爾給張清鳳買個小禮物。“我至今記得他給我的第一個禮物是一對一塊錢的小耳環。”高承勇也時常帶她去小飯館吃炒面。當時，張清鳳傢庭條件要比高承勇傢好。雖然傢人反對，張清鳳還是死心塌地地跟瞭高承勇，她覺得這個內向老實的男人就是此生的依靠。

　　“他好著呢，剛開始，村裡人都不相信，他乖著呢，咋能殺人，一看電視才知道是真的。”青城鎮城河村6社村民劉維花和高承勇同歲，老傢在白銀市水川鎮的她嫁到青城鎮時，高承勇還是個小夥子。“我結婚的那天他還和同村的人一起鬧過我的洞房呢，話不多，但是蔫壞蔫壞的。”
　　以劉維花的瞭解，高承勇很是記仇。而這個被記仇的人是高承勇的親哥哥。西部商報記者試圖找到高承勇的哥哥高承民，但被村民告知，高承民的妻子去榆中縣城做手術。據村民說，當年高承勇還在傢務農的時候，高承民把自傢一塊和弟弟傢相連的地給瞭高承勇，讓他搭個大棚，多種些蔬菜，增加點收入。但高承勇覺得麻煩，就將哥哥給的地和自己傢的地都讓給另一個村民種，兩個人因此吵瞭一架。劉維花說，自從吵架後，高承勇就和哥哥成瞭陌生人，即使是哥哥娶兒媳時，高承勇也沒來幫忙，兩傢人自此沒有來往過。

　　8月27日，曾蕊（化名）剛從蘭州回到白銀就接到瞭同學的電話，同學對她說“曾蕊，案子破瞭。”曾蕊問“啥案子？”同學說就是你等瞭快20年的那個案子，人抓住瞭。
　　那一刻，曾蕊覺得（微信號：news117）這輩子最大的一件事放下瞭，她曾以為這輩子都等不到女兒的案子告破瞭。
　　1998年7月30日，曾蕊的女兒姚亞帆在傢中被人用皮帶勒死，犯罪嫌疑人正是8月26日被捕的白銀連環殺人案嫌疑人高承勇，姚亞帆案是白銀9起命案中的第5起。在那之前4年，也就是1994年，高承勇還曾殺死過一個白銀供電局的臨時工石某，石某的案發地與姚亞帆的案發地（微信號：news117）在同一個院中，兩棟樓之間的距離隻有二三十米。
　　大衣櫃裡的女兒
　　曾蕊記得很清楚，案發那天是個星期四，下雨。上一年級的女兒正在放暑假，按照計劃，下周他們會把女兒送去蘭州。
　　出事那天丈夫姚勇（化名）去蘭州出差，傢裡沒人照顧孩子，曾蕊上午將女兒帶去瞭單位，下午她不好意思再將（微信號：news117）女兒帶去，“畢竟有勞動紀律，上班不能帶孩子，出事以後很後悔，帶上不就是扣我點錢，還能怎麼樣。”曾蕊說。

　　晚上六點單位下班，曾蕊推開門，察覺到一絲異常。媒體中提到的小女孩給嫌疑人倒瞭一杯水的細節就是出自曾蕊之口，“我推開門看到桌上放著一杯水，當時就想，是不是傢裡來瞭熟人，所以女兒就給人傢倒瞭一杯水。”更奇怪的是，屋裡的窗簾都拉上瞭。
　　曾蕊的傢當時是一個套間，外面是客廳，裡面是臥室，兩間屋子各有一組窗戶，兩個房間的窗簾都被拉上瞭，然而曾蕊清楚地記得，她走時把窗簾都拉開瞭。
　　她開始喊孩子的名字，但沒有回應，接著她開始滿屋找孩子，依舊沒有蹤影，當時傢裡的傢具不多，一張床，（微信號：news117）一個電視櫃，還有一個大衣櫃，拉開大衣櫃的門時，曾蕊覺得五雷轟頂，女兒蜷在衣櫃裡，臉色青紫，脖子上勒著一根粗皮帶。

　　4年後囂張的“故地重遊”
　　因為桌上的那杯水，曾蕊和丈夫曾懷疑這是熟人作案，據姚勇的同事介紹，姚勇案發後向警方提供過一些他認為可疑的熟人的線索，為此還與一些人產生瞭些不快。
　　曾蕊曾與丈夫仔細地回想過自己是否得罪瞭什麼人，想來想去都覺得沒有頭緒，“他那個時候剛調來，在人資科，就是個小科員，沒有實權，能得罪誰。而且我愛人性格比較內向，特別好靜，平常喜歡畫畫、寫詩，他這樣的人怎麼會有什麼仇人，我自己也想不出得罪過誰。”
　　18年過去後，夫妻倆終於知道，（微信號：news117）兇手是一個叫高承勇的人。記者將高承勇的照片拿給曾蕊看，她看著手機屏幕說，這個人，他們從未見過，根本不認識。
　　雖然沒見過面，但高承勇曾出現在過曾蕊的生活裡，依然是以罪惡的形象。
　　1994年7月27日下午，白銀供電局女臨時工石某被人在單身宿舍內殺害。石某的嫂子閆女士當時也是白銀供電局的員工，與曾蕊是同學。記者找到瞭閆女士的工作單位，但她沒有接受采訪。
　　石某當年遇害時居住的房子與姚亞帆遇害（微信號：news117）時居住的房子離得相當近，兩棟樓同在一個院內，並排而建，之間的距離約二三十米，樓的位置並不是院子深處的僻靜角落，而是迎門臨街，當時門口還有門衛。
　　十幾年過去瞭，樓內進行瞭重新裝修，但整體格局沒有變化，姚亞帆遇害的屋子以及旁邊的幾間屋子一直都空著。
　　當聽說閆女士的小姑子被害後，曾女士很震驚，但她萬萬沒有想到4年後同樣的噩運會降臨在女兒頭上。
　　曾女士傢斜對門的那一傢（微信號：news117）有個與她女兒年紀相當的女孩，兩個小姑娘總在一起玩，案發後，那傢人告訴曾女士，當天下午三四點鐘，他們傢的女兒去敲過曾女士傢的門，想找姚亞帆玩，但屋裡沒人回應。
　　曾女士傢的正對面當時住著一個孕婦，兩傢的門中間隔著一條約1.5米寬的過道，案發那天下午，孕婦在傢，但她告訴曾女士，那天下午她什麼都沒有聽到。這不禁讓人想起連環殺人案中1988年的第一起案子，（微信號：news117）殺害23歲的白銀公司女職工白某時，白某的嫂子就在與白某間隔2米遠的另一間房子內，居然也什麼都沒有聽到。
　　高承勇究竟為什麼又來到瞭當年犯案的地方，再一次大搖大擺地進入同一個院子，穿過一二層的辦公區來到4樓，
　　（微信號：news117）選擇瞭這個8歲的小女孩下手？甚至犯案的時間都那麼相似，都是7月底，4年前是7月27日，4年後是7月30日。
　　夫妻間隱忍的悲傷
　　姚亞帆生於1990年10月30日，遇害時還不滿8周歲。
　　曾蕊27歲生下女兒，這個女兒曾是父母莫大的驕傲，至今談起這個女兒，曾蕊言語中仍是滿滿的喜愛，“娃娃長得心疼（當地話，意為漂亮乖巧），長得像我，眉毛彎彎的，眼睛老像是在笑。”她同時遺傳瞭爸爸的基因，口才好，文筆好，學習好，而且多才多藝。（微信號：news117）
　　曾蕊記得女兒小時候聽故事磁帶，聽完就可以把故事的內容繪聲繪色地復述下來，有一盤磁帶的B面隻有一個故事，長達20分鐘，女兒聽完一遍，就能講給他們聽。
　　對於這個女兒，曾蕊夫婦寄予厚望，他們夫妻二人都是大專畢業，在他們那個年代，這已經是不錯的學歷，但他們一心希望女兒能考上本科，圓瞭他們的大學夢，姚亞帆也確實很出色，（微信號：news117）學習成績優異，有什麼問題一點就會，夫妻倆偶爾教她兩句英語，發現她英語口語的感覺也很不錯。
　　姚亞帆唱歌好，會彈電子琴，曾蕊給她報瞭個舞蹈班，她跳到領舞。“下叉的時候很疼，她告訴別的小朋友，你就放心大膽地下，不然下不去以後老是疼。”曾蕊說。
　　姚亞帆的爺爺是書法傢，（微信號：news117）曾蕊本打算開學後讓女兒跟著爺爺學寫毛筆字，她想著跳舞可以培養氣質，寫一手好字將來有個“好門面”。宣紙毛筆都買完瞭，女兒卻沒有瞭。
　　“看到孩子在衣櫃裡，當時我想我抱著孩子一塊死瞭算瞭，我也不想活瞭。”曾蕊說，那種心碎的感覺，隻有失去過孩子的人才能體會。
　　孩子的衣物當初都處理瞭，隻留下瞭很少一部分照片，由姚勇保管。夫妻倆默契地誰都不再提這件事，姚勇性格內向，既不抽煙也不喝酒，女兒的事對他打擊很大，他卻幾乎隻能自我消化。然而，他從不對妻子說什麼，他怕任何的提及都會讓妻子痛苦。這麼多年來，（微信號：news117）他從未在妻子面前情感失控過，但妻子知道，因為女兒的事，他的睡眠更加不好瞭，經常夜裡一兩點還無法入睡。反倒是對外人，姚勇會說起一點，與他同辦公室的同事告訴記者，姚勇有時自己會說，因為女兒的事，他睡不好覺。
　　曾女士同樣是一個性格溫柔的女人，她也從不在丈夫面前提女兒的事，“我們倆都是各自暗地裡流淚吧。（微信號：news117）剛出事的時候我也不知該跟誰說，對別人說多瞭，不就成瞭祥林嫂，傢裡的老人不用我們說就知道瞭，看我們這樣，老人們也都硬挺著。”
　　那段時間，曾蕊如驚弓之鳥，平日裡有人敲門她都不敢開。孩子出事後，她休息瞭整整3個月，出去旅遊散瞭散心，回來覺得還是繼續上班，不然自己整天坐在傢裡，胡思亂想更加煎熬。
　　隻是有些時候，看到電視裡有父母失去女兒的情節，曾蕊仍會覺得特別痛苦，總有些情景會觸碰回憶，（微信號：news117）於是心裡刀剜一樣地疼。
　　不知情的二女兒
　　無法承受喪女痛苦的曾蕊夫婦很快又要瞭一個孩子，1999年二女兒出生，那一年曾蕊36歲。女兒曾問她，（微信號：news117）為什麼曾蕊的朋友的孩子都結婚生子瞭，她卻比人傢小那麼多，曾蕊回答“媽媽要你要得晚。”
　　“我現在不想告訴她，想等她再長大一點，找個合適的機會告訴她。”
　　有一次，姚勇在燒紙的時候突然冒出來一句“你姐姐如何如何”的話，曾蕊很慌張，事後她對丈夫說，不要向女兒提起大女兒的事。所以至今，二女兒不知道她曾有個姐姐。
　　生下二女兒後，曾蕊老是做噩夢，夢見孩子找不到瞭。平日裡，她顯得比別的媽媽更無微不至，甚至讓孩子覺得不舒服，“我從不讓她離開我的視線，有時放學回來遲瞭，我就去外面到處找，給老師打電話，我管不瞭那麼多，就要問老師孩子去哪瞭，我再經受不起失去孩子的事。”
　　女兒曾對母親抱怨自己被看得太緊，別的同學的媽媽都不會這樣，曾蕊也看到瞭自己過分照顧女兒的後果，女兒比一般的孩子晚熟，心理年齡明顯偏小，膽子小，自理能力較差，依賴性強……她想撒手，但做不到。
　　女兒如今已經17歲，在蘭州一傢中專讀美術專業，她也遺傳瞭爸爸的基因，繪畫天賦很高，但學習成績不好，曾蕊說，她有時忍不住會將兩個女兒暗地比較，覺得大女兒更好一點，“生二女兒時的身體狀況跟生大女兒時沒法比，不但年紀大瞭，整個懷孕期間心情也都很壓抑，（微信號：news117）其實仔細想想，對現在這個孩子也不公平。”
　　二女兒平日住校，曾蕊每個周末都要去學校看女兒，有一次女兒給她打電話，說要去買繪畫用的彩紙，曾蕊瞬間緊張起來，反復囑咐女兒如果找不到立即給她打電話，丈夫則直接讓妻子去蘭州陪女兒買。
　　在曾蕊的傢裡，記者看到瞭二女兒的照片，長得像爸爸，其實也很“心疼”。
　　仍有疑惑待解尚未得到警方通知
　　案子已經過去瞭18年，但當提起這件事，曾女士立即哽咽瞭，對於一個失去孩子的母親來說，用18年的時間療傷，遠遠不夠。
　　曾蕊說，知道嫌疑人被捕後，她悲喜交加，不管怎麼說，案子總算破瞭。隻是有些細節她到現在還不清楚，比如高承勇是怎麼進入房間的，“不排除他是尾隨進入的，因為屋裡沒有廁所，（微信號：news117）上廁所要去外面的樓道裡。”同時曾蕊也不知道孩子遇害的具體時間，晚上6點隻是她發現孩子遇害的時間，那時孩子已經身亡。
　　近幾日有消息稱，高承勇供述他第一次殺人是因為盜竊未遂，但至少曾蕊傢當時什麼都沒丟，“當時我傢裡最值錢的是一臺錄像機，沒有丟。”
　　案發後遺體被送去醫院屍檢，姚勇特意問過醫生孩子有沒有被性侵，醫生回答沒有，但之後披露的案情顯示，姚亞帆下身赤裸，陰部撕裂，並檢出精子，“我看到孩子的時候她下身穿著小裙子，有沒有穿內褲我沒看，我記得現場沒有血跡。”
　　案發後，偵破工作遲遲沒有進展，（微信號：news117）曾蕊印象裡，隻有2002年前後有警方的人來找過她，說案子要復查，又問瞭一些細節，當時還列出瞭一些嫌疑人，但不包括高承勇。
　　8月29日上午，姚勇去蘭州辦事，早上在辦公室，同事問他是否接到瞭警方的電話，姚勇說沒有。曾蕊告訴記者，到目前為止，她也還沒有接到警方的任何信息。
　　如果有機會，願不願意去旁聽對高承勇的審判？曾蕊對這個問題一時沒想好要怎麼回答，高承勇是她這一生最不想看見的人，但她又有很多問題想問他，“想知道他為什麼連一個8歲的孩子都不放過，他也是當父親的人，為什麼這麼牲畜不如！”（微信號：news117）
　　白銀市民質疑當年辦案手法
　　高承勇被捕的消息讓白銀人重新回憶起人心惶惶的那幾年，一位大娘告訴記者，1998年前後，她的女兒正在讀高中，（微信號：news117）都不敢自己去上學。還有白銀市民告訴記者，那幾年，晚上別人來串門，自己不敢開門。
　　如今高承勇被捕，大傢除瞭覺得惡人罪有應得，也對白銀警方當年的辦案手法頗有微詞。白銀警方近日對當年的工作方法做瞭反思，問題的癥結在於警方排查的范圍隻局限於城區，（微信號：news117）而沒有向周邊農村擴展，所以即使掌握瞭指紋、DNA，也沒有對比成功。
　　一位不願透露姓名的出租司機告訴記者，當年白銀警方在城區搞大規模排查，所有二三十歲的年輕男性都要接受排查，他同父異母的弟弟因為回老傢不在白銀，竟然被警方當作嫌疑人，還下瞭通緝令。（微信號：news117）“我們老傢在江蘇常州，他回老傢竟然被當作逃犯，後來警方撤銷瞭通緝令，還給我們道瞭歉。”出租司機說。
